Experience as a trainer
Training and sharing your knowledge is a great opportunity to meet new people and help them to acquire a new skill.
This is certainly the case with PRINCE2 training which requires a deep commitment from those wanting to become certified.
The satisfaction is great though and I am always grateful to those I have trained for their many thanks.
I hope to meet you soon during one of my training session so I can share PRINCE2 with you.

PMGURU on the go
Hi all,
it has been quite a while since I have written anything in my blog.
I have been pretty busy with the transition from PRINCE2 edition 2005 to the latest PRINCE2 edition 2009 and its translation and quality review in french.
In December 2009 the french variant of PRINCE2 edition 2009 was finally launched in Paris which now allows me to refocus on my real projects activities and training.
I hope to see you again here very soon and share your ideas and experiences of the latest edition of PRINCE2 in your real projects.

This year will be full of challenges and changes will be an absolute necessity for all industries around the globe.
PRINCE2 will also see many changes with a new edition to the manual which will from May onwards be split into two.
The new french version of the manual is now available after many many month of hard work.

Great progress for PRINCE2® in France
During the Project Management show in Paris, we saw a big shift in interest for the method.
We have been present at the ‘Rencontres du Management de Projet’ now for the 4th time and this is the first year people came to us asking about and requesting information about PRINCE2®.
The other years we had to explain what the method was, and this year people knew.
We feel that our efforts are starting to pay off and that we are now truely in the first phase of development of the method in the french marketplace.
We will keep you informed of progress.

Happy Easter to all
Easter is very early this year and with it came snow, and tons of it.
As most of you in Europe, our offices are completely covered with snow.
anyway, it doesn’t reduce our spirit which we keep high to work harder to help the development of PRINCE2 in France.
